GGS – Mediterranean Spring Menu
Residency: 16 April, 2019 - 27 April, 2019
We are delighted that Maria Elia has collaborated with our head chef to bring a spring menu here for the two weeks over the Easter holidays.
Some of the dishes are listed below but the final edit will be online shortly, making sure we are totally seasonal. Prices will range from £5 - £20
Grilled asparagus, truffled egg, parmesan
Straciatella, courgettes, lemon gremolata
Lamb chops, broad beans
Hake fillet, sunblush tomatoes, fennel
Chocolate, salted caramel fondant
