John Gregory-Smith Dinner

To celebrate the launch of my new cookbook, SAFFRON IN THE SOUKS, I have teamed up with Great Guns Social and OLIVE MAGAZINE to being you guys two ticketed evenings of luscious Lebanese food and wine.

I will be cooking up a feast from my book, staring with a mighty meze selection; think stuffed vine leaves, moutabal – a smoked aubergine dip – and chilli and mint prawns. Succulent beef kebabs will follow, served on a swirl of hummus with giant couscous and a classic fattoush salad.

To make the night special, I will be on hand to introduce the dishes and tell you more about my travels around Lebanon. We will also be serving a brilliant wine pairing, that I suspect I will also be on hand to help drink.
